My wish is to help women during pregnancy, childbed and post-natal care with individual physiotherapeutic treatment to feel good again in their bodies. With my work I want to create a space where your questions and worries are in the foreground, seen and taken seriously.
Due to my calm and empathetic nature, it is easy for me to create a trusting basis for cooperation and to fully engage with you and your wishes. My professional expertise as a pelvic floor therapist, mother and yoga teacher gives me access to a mix of skills, through which I can work individually with you on your body. Through this joint process, we together achieve a constant improvement in your body awareness.
At femphysio , the needs of women during pregnancy, in the puerperium and in regression are in the foreground. Every woman is unique and has different prerequisites for pregnancy. Births are always different and are processed individually on a physical and psychological level. Through my work, I would like to support women to feel secure in their body around the time of childbirth. The body is a marvel and does an enormous amount of work.
The treatments are carried out conveniently at your home or I can advise you on your questions about the pelvic floor via video conference.
