Treatment
A classic during pregnancy is the massage, a little break for you and your body, which is doing so much at the moment. The body's natural changes can cause tension, which can be relieved with a shoulder and neck massage. We can actively improve your posture through targeted posture corrections and tips on how to deal with your new center of gravity. It is also important to stay active during pregnancy and I can help you stay fit with yoga sequences or targeted exercises. Every pregnancy is different and I respond to your needs and see what your body needs.

Treatment
This intensive time is primarily dedicated to the arrival and getting to know mother and child, because not only a child is born, but also a mother and this process can have its space. With lots of cuddle time for the new family and everyone can recover from the birth. That's why the focus here is not on challenging strengthening exercises, but rather on awareness exercises for your pelvic floor and your abdominal muscles. I can also give you practical tips for your new everyday life with your baby, for example on breastfeeding positions, lifting and carrying, as well as making movements gentle and/or pain-free. The treatment is put together individually according to your findings, whether vaginal birth or abdominal birth, and I respond to your wishes and needs.

Treatment
The aim of regression is to restore a stable center. The abdominal and pelvic floor muscles should be strengthened and thus regain their functionality. During pregnancy and childbirth, these muscle groups in particular were stretched and put under a lot of strain. However, it is important to know and carry out the right exercise in the correct execution at the right time.
Getting slim again quickly is not sustainable for your body, but rather the muscles should be reminded of their actual tasks.
In any case, the focus is also on preventing consequential damage such as organ prolapse or later incontinence. Even if you have incontinence, pelvic floor and whole-body training based on findings is useful. Here I can give you specific advice and we can discuss the options available for therapy. Ultimately, it's also about putting together a program for you that you will actually implement and therefore suits you and your everyday life.
